As a Registered Care Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a care facility, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff management. You’ll lead with empathy, maintain CQC standards, and collaborate closely with your team to implement person-centered care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, high-quality environment for residents and staff
• Manage and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant care regulations
• Develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet individual resident needs
• Conduct risk assessments, manage safeguarding procedures, and uphold health and safety standards
• Work closely with families and stakeholders to maintain transparent communication and engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Care Manager or similar role within residential or dementia care settings
• Strong understanding of dementia care best practices and person-centered care models
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
